We fabricate separation drums, steam accumulators, gas vessels, industrial filters, process reactors and any custom vessel required by the client, always with ASME backing and independent Authorized Inspector supervision.

Design and Calculation per ASME Section VIII Div. 1

Pressure vessel design begins with analysis of service conditions: design pressure, temperature, contained fluid, material and pressurization cycles.

  • Wall thickness, head and nozzle calculation
  • Wind and seismic load calculations for vertical vessels
  • Saddle design for horizontal vessels
  • Nozzle and reinforcement design per UG-37 and Appendix 1
  • Internal support, tray and distributor calculation
  • Calculation review by Authorized Inspector before fabrication

Fabrication under ASME U Stamp

All fabrication is performed under ASME Code requirements and under National Board Authorized Inspector supervision.

  • Certified ASTM materials: A-516 Gr 70 (carbon steel), A-240 TP 316L (stainless)
  • Plate cutting, forming and rolling with precision machinery
  • Qualified WPS/PQR welds under ASME Section IX
  • Identification and traceability of all materials
  • Inspection records at each fabrication stage (ITP)
  • Vessel marking: data plate with pressure, temperature and ASME serial number

Inspection, Testing and Certification

ASME U stamp certification requires the Authorized Inspector to be present at critical fabrication points and to sign the final documentation.

  • Radiographic (RT) or UT inspection of welds per UW-11
  • Liquid penetrant testing (LP) on nozzle and accessory welds
  • Hydrostatic test at 1.3x design pressure (UG-99)
  • Authorized Inspector (AI) presence and signature at test
  • ASME U-1 form: vessel construction certificate
  • User manual with design data, materials and maintenance procedures
